Young Dental Care is proud to offer an in-office membership plan for patients who are currently without insurance benefits. With this plan, you will be able to receive the professional preventive care you deserve to maintain a healthy smile.

In-House Membership Plan
Maintaining healthy teeth and gums is vital to your dental health and wellbeing. Yet many people ignore the dental care they need due to high cost. At Young Dental Care, we are providing a solution to everyone who doesn't have access to dental insurance. Young Dental Care's In-House Membership Plan is for patients who do not have insurance. Our discount dental plan will provide you and your family the following great benefits.

Periodontal
- 3 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings
- 2 Routine Exams
- 1 Bitewing X-ray
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 15% off all additional regularly priced treatments when you pay with cash or by check on the day the service is performed
- 13% off all additional regularly priced treatments when you pay by credit card on the day the service is performed
* If you have been diagnosed with Periodontal Disease you will get one Perio Maintenance ($212 value) included for the year of this plan.
No annual maximums, waiting periods, or deductibles
Your benefits run for one full year from the date this document is signed, must be used within that time, and are non-transferable to any other party. Unused services expire at the end of the term and cannot be rolled over. By signing below, you acknowledge that you are aware the benefits of this membership cannot be combined with insurance or any other discount plan, and that this membership is not an insurance plan. Your membership is non-refundable once any services have been rendered. If insurance benefits are obtained, this contract will become null and void with no refunds. All benefits you are entitled to are listed above, and no other benefits have been promised or implied. Discounted services extend only to those offered within this office, at the doctor’s discretion, and do not apply to any procedure referred to a specialist. The discounted rate is based on the office’s usual and customary rate (UCR) for specific procedures, which is subject to change. For additional discounted memberships, household members are defined as a spouse, domestic partner, child, or any individual living at the same physical address as you.

When you come in for your consultation, we will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. From there, our dentists will discuss which plan would be the best fit for you.
No. Our membership plans are only meant for those without dental insurance to provide discounted rates on preventive care.
Yes, you are welcome to sign up your whole family or any individual of your choice. However, you cannot do this if you have a dental benefit of any kind.
Yes, absolutely!
If you become insured or use a dental benefit, your membership will be terminated.
No, unfortunately you cannot combine this membership plan with any dental benefit.
