Meet The Team

Nina has been a part of the Young Dental Care team since October 1997. For 27 years, she served as our Office Manager, building lifelong connections with patients and supporting the growth of the practice. In July 2025, she stepped into her new role as Patient Relations & Marketing Director, where she continues to contribute to the success of our office by treating patients like family and fostering meaningful communication in a warm, welcoming manner.

Nina truly loves our patients and considers it a gift to have known so many individuals and their families over the years. We often see third- and fourth-generation patients who come to us for their dental care, and Nina especially enjoys sharing photos with the younger generation of their parents’ very first dental visits to our office.

Allie has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2014 and brings over 14 years of experience in the dental field. She is certified in local anesthetic, nitrous oxide, and dental laser technology, allowing her to provide comprehensive, comfortable care to every patient. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Allie serves a diverse community with warmth and ease.

Outside the office, Allie is a proud mom of two energetic boys and an enthusiastic wrestling mom who never misses a match. She and her husband enjoy attending church together as a family, cruising, and spending time outdoors. A passionate reader, Allie is also a certified Spanish teacher in the state of Illinois, deepening her cultural and linguistic connection with the patients she serves.

Rosanelly is a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant with over 10 years of experience in providing high-quality patient care. She is committed to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient she serves.

Known for her gentle chairside manner, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail, Rosanelly brings both skill and warmth to every appointment. Whether assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, or educating patients on proper dental hygiene, she ensures that each individual feels supported and informed.
