Young Dental Care is proud to offer an in-office membership plan for patients who are currently without insurance benefits. With this plan, you will be able to receive the professional preventive care you deserve to maintain a healthy smile.

If you are a new patient and interested in signing yourself or a family member up, we invite you to contact our office in Aurora, Illinois, at 630-892-8711 to schedule a new patient consultation. During your visit, our team can answer any of your questions and create an individualized treatment plan to help you decide which option would best work for you.

If you are an existing patient looking to become a member of our in-office plan, you have two options:

  1. Click on the “Get Started Today!” button as you scroll down this page. From there, you will be able to make an online payment to the plan your doctor recommended. After your payment has been processed, a member of our dental team will reach out to you to answer any of your questions to help you officially get started with your membership.
  2. Call to speak with a team member to discuss the details of your desired preventive plan.

If you are new to us here at Young Dental Care, we invite you to complete the form listed below the “Need More Information” section of this page. After we receive your submission, a member of our dental team will get in touch with you to set up a new patient consultation.

When you come in for your consultation, we will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. From there, our dentists will discuss which plan would be the best fit for you.

No. Our membership plans are only meant for those without dental insurance to provide discounted rates on preventive care.

Yes, you are welcome to sign up your whole family or any individual of your choice. However, you cannot do this if you have a dental benefit of any kind.

Yes, absolutely!

If you become insured or use a dental benefit, your membership will be terminated.

No, unfortunately you cannot combine this membership plan with any dental benefit.

Potentially. Many flexible spending account plans can provide you with reimbursement on dental treatments. We encourage you to contact the provider of your employee benefits to confirm the extent of coverage to determine the amount for reimbursement.
